During the Meeting, the Parties discussed the modern state of Ukrainian and France relations and highly evaluated the high level of the interparliamentary cooperation.
The great attention was paid to the issues of European and Euro Atlantic Integration of Ukraine. In particular, French Deputies were interested in B. Tarasiuk opinion regarding the time when Ukraine will be able to become full-fledged member of European Union.
The Chairman of the Committee emphasized that "the beginning point might be an adoption by the EU of the conceptual decision regarding the perspectives of Ukraine membership in EU after that it will need from 7 to 10 years to complete all the necessary procedures necessary for the entering criteria".
